Moist compressed air enters the dryer from the bottom of the vessel and passes through the packed Dry-O-Lite dissolving layer. The desiccant absorbs the water vapor from the air like a sponge. Over time, the desiccant slowly hydrates and dissolves, forming liquid that collects at the bottom of the vessel. The dried and clean compressed air is discharged from the outlet at the top of the vessel. The removed dissolved substances are environmentally safe and can be disposed of directly. Sight glasses on both sides of the vessel allow visual confirmation of the desiccant level. The desiccant is formed under 100 MPa high pressure, has strong water absorption capacity, and dissolves very slowly—requiring only 2–3 refills per year. Operation, management, and maintenance are simple and require no special skills; typically, condensed water is discharged every 8 hours. The system is also safe from freezing damage and is the only air dryer that can be installed outdoors at -20°C.

Note:
1. The design standard for solvent consumption is based on a maximum inlet temperature of 38℃, operating pressure of 0.7 MPa, and a continuous daily operation of 15 hours. Exceeding this duration may affect performance and solvent consumption standards. (The annual average inlet temperature for the dryer is 24℃).
2. The dissolving-type dryer is generally designed for manual condensate drainage; however, an automatic drain valve can be installed for user convenience.
3. The solvent used in the dissolving dryer (DOL, SP, etc.) must be protected by an oil removal filter (0.01 μm) and must not come into contact with oil. If oil enters the solvent, the performance and service life of the solvent cannot be guaranteed.
4. The flow rates listed are standard flows at an operating pressure of 0.7 MPa (100 PSIG). For other operating pressures, refer to the filter pressure correction coefficient.
5. If technical parameters are modified, the actual product shall prevail, and no further notice will be given.
