The stainless steel plate-type refrigerated air dryer adopts a high-efficiency plate heat exchanger made of stacked stainless steel metal sheets with a specific corrugated shape, integrating pre-cooler, evaporator, and air-water separator into one unit. No external piping or separator is required. It features a compact structure, small footprint, low dew point, and high overall energy efficiency. It is widely used in industries such as laser machinery, biopharmaceuticals, painting, hospitals, and laboratories, and is exported to the United States, Europe, Southeast Asia, and other regions.

Product Features

  • The high heat exchange efficiency design with an inlet/outlet temperature difference of 5–8℃ minimizes refrigeration demand and achieves the highest energy efficiency ratio. It ensures extremely low relative humidity at the outlet while effectively reducing the evaporator load, thereby lowering overall energy consumption. Compared with shell-and-tube heat exchangers, it saves more than 30% energy and achieves a dew point 3℃ lower. The integrated stainless steel heat exchanger prevents the dryer itself from becoming a source of contamination, ensuring high-quality compressed air.
  • The efficient air-water separation structure with "deceleration condensation and filtration separation" covers 100% of the flow range, combined with a highly reliable automatic drainage device to ensure timely and efficient discharge of condensate water, avoiding water accumulation caused by "low separation efficiency" or "drainage failure".
  • The entire product series can use environmentally friendly refrigerants, complying with international environmental protection and energy-saving trends.
  • The refrigeration compressor and components are from well-known international brands, ensuring stable and reliable performance.
  • Optional functions include remote control, dew point display, and fault alarm, with simple and clear operation.
