This series of intelligent refrigerated air dryers adopts an electronic integrated control system or PLC control, offering easy operation and extended service life.
Local, interlock, and remote control of the machine.
Automatic drain control.
Temperature monitoring at various points (air inlet, air outlet, evaporator, condenser, and dew point).
Fault alarm for high/low refrigerant pressure and current overload.
Dot-matrix LCD or touch screen display with parameter setting function.
Upper computer communication function, supporting various communication protocols such as RS485 I/O, Profibus, Modbus, and Ethernet.
Customizable for special requirements such as medium/high-pressure type, explosion-proof type, stainless steel type, CFC-free type, variable frequency control type, and PLC centralized control type.
Low-pressure type, special gas applications (such as biogas, hydrogen, nitrogen, carbon dioxide, etc.), and large-capacity models above 500 m³/min are available upon request.
