Product Features

• The XS series liquid filter is made of stainless steel for the housing, with seamless welds that are polished to remove gaps and irregularities. The housing is mechanically polished to 400 mesh, meeting sanitary standards, and can be used for various liquid filtration applications.
• Housing: Designed according to requirements such as medium pressure, flow rate, inlet and outlet diameter, and interface form; precision-crafted from 304S or 316L stainless steel, polished inside and out, meeting sanitary standards.
• Filter Elements: The choice of one or multiple filter elements (10" to 40" length) such as PP melt-blown filter cartridges, wound filter cartridges, microporous membrane folded filters, etc., is based on the medium type, flow rate, solid matter content, and filtration accuracy requirements. Filtration accuracy ranges from 0.22 to 100μ.
• The XS series includes melt-blown filters, folded filters, wound filters, and sintered filters, made from materials such as polypropylene, polyethylene, nylon, mixed fiber, polysulfone, PTFE, activated carbon fiber, and titanium alloy. These filters are suitable for all liquid filtration needs, can replace similar imported filters, and offer a significant cost-performance advantage.
• The liquid filter includes the following types:
1. Microporous Membrane Filter (Insert-type Precision Filter) It can remove particles larger than 0.2μm from water. It is used for the filtration of pure water, pharmaceuticals, biological products, beverages, beer, and chemical raw materials. It is resistant to acids and alkalis and can be used at temperatures up to 100°C.
2. Security Filter (Flat-pressure Precision Filter)

1. The above filter diameter dimensions apply only to PP melt-blown filters, wound filters, folded filters, and activated carbon filters; the diameter and height of the filters are for reference only, subject to actual design; the caliber can be selected by the user.
2. It is recommended to use PP melt-blown or wound filters for pre-filtration, and folded filters for high-precision filtration.
3. The treated flow rate may vary depending on water quality, filter type, and filtration accuracy requirements.
4. The above model numbers only indicate filter length and quantity, not filter type or precision; additional specifications are required for actual selection.
5. The normal operating pressure of stainless steel water precision filters is below 7 bar; higher pressures can be customized.
