The XF Series Compressed Gas Filters are designed according to international standards and adopt HANKISON-type filter elements from the United States. The housings are made of high-quality aluminum alloy, carbon steel, or stainless steel, manufactured with advanced processing techniques for a refined and durable appearance. Their performance matches that of HANKISON products and complies with the ISO 8573.1-2001 international standard for compressed air quality.
Compared with competing brands, these filters offer superior contaminant removal efficiency while maintaining a lower pressure drop. It should be noted that every 0.14 kgf/cm² increase in pressure drop results in a 1% increase in power consumption. Throughout their service life, the filter elements maintain a low pressure drop without saturation. When serviced annually as required, the air quality guarantee is automatically extended for another year.
Note: The filter element must be replaced periodically or when the differential pressure gauge pointer enters the red zone to avoid excessive pressure drop caused by filter clogging.
| When the pressure is not 0.7 MPa, the maximum flow rate can be determined by multiplying the rated flow rate by the correction factor corresponding to the minimum inlet pressure of the filter. The filter should not be selected based on pipe size, but rather according to the flow rate and inlet pressure. | ||||||||||||||||||||
