Durable and Stable:The refrigeration compressor adopts imported high-quality fully enclosed or semi-hermetic twin-screw compressors with multi-stage capacity control, featuring low noise and high efficiency. Equipped with high-efficiency heat exchange copper tubes, imported refrigeration valves, premium electrical components, a stainless steel water tank, and a high-flow, high-head specialized water pump, the chiller operates with minimal vibration and noise, offering high efficiency, long service life, and stable performance.
Easy Operation:All daily operations of the chiller are centralized on the unit’s control panel for clear and convenient use. The imported microcomputer digital temperature controller allows easy setting and precise control, providing chilled water within a temperature range of 5–20°C.

  • Durable and Stable: Equipped with imported brand-name fully enclosed and semi-hermetic twin-screw compressors featuring multi-stage capacity control, the unit operates with low noise and high efficiency. It adopts high-efficiency heat exchange copper tubes, imported refrigeration valves, premium electrical components, a stainless steel water tank, and a high-flow, high-head stainless steel multistage centrifugal water pump. These ensure low vibration, quiet operation, high performance, long service life, and stable operation.
  • Easy Operation: All daily operations are centralized on the control panel, making operation clear and simple. The imported microcomputer digital temperature controller allows flexible settings and precise control, providing chilled water in the range of 5–20°C.
  • Efficient and Flexible: The air-cooled chiller requires no auxiliary cooling tower or water pump. The water-cooled chiller is unaffected by ambient temperature and provides a continuous and stable chilled water supply. Small models feature movable caster wheels for easy positioning and multiple chilled water outlets for flexible connection.
  • Safe Operation: In addition to the compressor’s built-in protective devices, the chiller is equipped with high/low-pressure protection, thermal overload protection, phase failure and phase reversal protection, water shortage protection, anti-freeze protection, delay start control, and automatic reset functions to ensure safe and reliable operation.

Notes:

      1. In the model designation, “A” represents the air-cooled type, and “W” represents the water-cooled type. Larger capacities and special requirements are available upon request.
      2. The nominal cooling capacity of the unit is based on the following conditions: chilled water inlet temperature 12°C, outlet temperature 7°C; ambient temperature ≤35°C; cooling water inlet temperature 30°C, outlet temperature 35°C.
      3. Safe operating range of the unit: chilled water inlet temperature -10°C to +20°C.
      4. Power supply: 380V/3PH/50Hz; allowable voltage fluctuation ±10%; allowable phase voltage imbalance ±2%.
      5. The minimum outlet water temperature of the unit is -10°C; when the outlet temperature is ≤5°C, an appropriate amount of antifreeze should be added.
      6. When the outlet water temperature is -5°C, the cooling capacity decreases by 38%; when it is -10°C, the cooling capacity decreases by 50%.
      7. When using R407C refrigerant, the unit’s cooling capacity decreases by approximately 5%, and power consumption decreases by about 5%; when using R134a, the cooling capacity decreases by about 34%, and power consumption decreases by about 36%.
      8. Models XSW-50A/W and above generally use screw-type chiller units.
      9. Evaporator types include coil-in-tank, high-efficiency shell-and-tube, and stainless steel plate types; condenser options include shell-and-tube and stainless steel plate types.
      10. The above data are based on refrigerant R22. If using R134a, R407C, R410A, R404A, or other refrigerants and special configurations, please contact our technical department.
