The compressed gas air-water separator developed by our company adopts advanced technology from foreign compressed gas air-water separators and integrates the essence of advanced structural design to develop Xiangsheng’s proprietary gas-liquid separation system. The product uses stainless steel mesh coalescing packing inside, and the shell is a steel-welded tank structure. Its principle combines cyclone separation with stainless steel mesh demisting, using mechanisms such as direct interception, inertial impaction, Brownian diffusion, and coalescence. It achieves thorough gas-liquid separation and prevents secondary evaporation of moisture. Compared with cyclone separators, it has better separation performance, and compared with filter-type gas-liquid separators, it has lower operating costs, requires no maintenance or replacement, has a long service life, and can effectively remove dust, water, and oil mist from compressed gas. This series has high water and oil removal capacity, wide adaptability to working conditions, and is economical and practical.
