Product Introduction

• The XS series sterilizing filters are designed according to German standards for similar products. They feature sanitary-grade housings made of precision-crafted SUS304 or 316L stainless steel, with both interior and exterior surfaces polished to a high finish. Available in quick-clamp or flange connection structures, they are designed for a standard working pressure of 1.0 MPa and are suitable for sterilizing filtration of air and various liquids.
• The dual O-ring seals (made of silicone rubber or fluororubber) ensure 100% filtration of the air source.
• The sterilizing filter element is made of high-temperature-resistant polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) membrane with an internal stainless steel support frame, providing a filtration accuracy of 0.01 μm. It can be sterilized regularly with clean steam at 140 °C without performance degradation after repeated sterilizations, effectively removing 100% of bacteria, viruses, and bacteriophages. It fully meets the process requirements of industries such as food, biochemistry, beverages, beer, pharmaceuticals, and electronics.

Notes:

1. Models XS-24CJ and above are equipped with three support legs.
2. Small sterile filters generally adopt a cross-hanging type with horizontal inlet and outlet. Multi-core filters can be designed as floor-mounted units.
3. In some applications, the system may be divided into two stages — a pre-filter and a fine filter — according to actual requirements.
4. Airflow direction: from outside to inside through the filter element. Please install according to the arrow direction indicated on the housing label.
5. The compressed air entering the sterile filter must first pass through at least three stages of precision filters and a dryer to remove oil, water, and dust. The oil mist concentration should be ≤0.01 PPM; otherwise, it will reduce the service life of the sterile filter element and affect sterilization efficiency.
6. Perform sterilization regularly — once or twice per week or month depending on actual usage. Each sterilization should last 30 minutes using clean, saturated steam filtered at 1 μm.
7. After 50 steam sterilization cycles, or when the filter element pressure drop reaches 0.07–0.1 MPa, the sterile filter element should be replaced.
8. Sterile filters with larger flow rates or higher pressures can be custom manufactured.
9. If technical parameters are modified, the actual product specifications shall prevail without prior notice.
