The compressed air precooler is a specialized product developed for certain industries (such as air oxygen production, nitrogen production, and gas membrane processes) that require a low gas dew point and an outlet gas temperature of around 5°C.

  • Inlet water pressure: 0.15–0.4 MPa

  • The refrigeration compressor uses brands such as Panasonic (Japan), Haili, Tecumseh (USA), Copeland, Danfoss Performer, Maneurop, HANBELL (Taiwan), RefComp (Italy), BITZER (Germany), offering long service life, high energy efficiency, stable operation, low noise, and reliable performance. Protection level is IP54 (dust and splash proof).
  • Refrigeration control components use products from DANFOSS (Denmark), SPORLAN (USA), EMERSON (USA), ensuring reliability and excellent performance.
  • Electrical components are from Schneider (France), Siemens (Germany), Delixi, and other reputable brands.
  • Features include automatic thermal compensation under light load, overcurrent, overload, and high/low refrigerant pressure protection.
