Aftercooler

The aftercooler is a key auxiliary device for air compressors, available in both water-cooled and air-cooled types. It cools the high-temperature compressed air produced by the compressor and removes part of the moisture and oil to meet the inlet temperature requirements of downstream filters and dryers. Using high-efficiency finned copper tubes, the product features a compact structure, high cooling efficiency, low operating cost, long service life, no foundation installation requirement, and convenient use. It is suitable for operation in high-temperature, high-humidity, and dusty environments.

Inlet Pressure: 0.2–1.0 MPa (Orders accepted below 6.4 MPa)
Inlet Temperature: ≤140°C (Water-cooled), ≤90°C (Air-cooled)
Outlet Temperature: ≤45°C
Cooling Water Inlet Temperature: ≤32°C, Outlet Temperature: ≤40°C
Cooling Water Inlet Pressure: 0.15–0.4 MPa
Ambient Temperature: ≤40°C (Air-cooled)
Water-cooled type can be installed vertically or horizontally as required by the user
