• The bottom of the adsorption tower is equipped with supporting ceramic balls to ensure more uniform airflow distribution. This design not only prevents the bottom desiccant from soaking in water but also extends the service life of the desiccant. The lotus-shaped stainless steel flow distributor greatly reduces pressure loss, while the specially customized high-performance desiccant achieves excellent dew point performance.
• The desorption regeneration airflow direction is opposite to the adsorption direction, while the cooling airflow direction is the same as the adsorption direction. This assisted enhanced regeneration ensures thorough desorption of the desiccent.
• The “high-efficiency rear cooler” is designed using ASPEN PLUS professional software. The system adopts high-temperature-resistant, double-eccentric pneumatic valves made of special materials, greatly improving reliability and service life.
• The dryer features a “deceleration-coalescence, forced-guiding cyclone” high-efficiency air-water separation structure, combined with a large-capacity, multi-stage automatic drain device. The upward adsorption airflow and unique gas distribution design effectively prevent desiccant “moisture poisoning.”
• The system operates with fully automated continuous monitoring. Standard configuration includes a reliable PLC controller, with optional brands such as Siemens or ABB, as well as touch screen operation. It supports multiple communication protocols including RS485 I/O, Profibus, Modbus, and Ethernet, meeting various user interface requirements.
