The micro-heat blower heating regenerative adsorption compressed air dryer uses a blower to draw in ambient air, heating it to around 170°C to regenerate the desiccant. Afterwards, about 2% of the purified compressed air is depressurized for cooling. This design ensures thorough desorption of the desiccant and long-term stability of the dew point temperature while further increasing the output of purified air. It can be applied to all production systems requiring high-quality compressed air.
The increased purified air output means a reduction or downsizing of the air compressor configuration, providing customers with high-quality compressed air while saving both investment and operating costs.
