The micro-heat regenerative adsorption compressed air dryer uses the heat generated during the air compression process to regenerate the desiccant. Afterwards, about 1% of the purified compressed air is depressurized for cooling. This design aims to use the system’s own heat source to achieve full desorption of the desiccant, ensuring that the dew point temperature meets customer requirements while minimizing the consumption of purified air. It can be widely used in various industrial production systems but is only suitable for oil-free compressed air systems. Using the system’s own heat for regeneration means no additional energy consumption, and with minimal purified air loss, it not only provides qualified compressed air but also maximizes savings in operating costs for customers.

Pressure dew point:

       • Oil-free screw air compressor: -40°C

       • Centrifugal air compressor: -20°C

Nominal capacity: 17 m³/min ~ 600 m³/min

Inlet air pressure: 0.5 MPa ~ 1.0 MPa

Inlet air temperature:

       • Oil-free screw air compressor: 170°C

       • Centrifugal air compressor: 110°C

Ambient temperature: 0°C ~ 45°C

Cooling water temperature: 32°C
