Based on the digestion and absorption of products from Allied Witan (USA), a novel exhaust vent silencer has been developed. The main materials consist of ultra-fine sound-absorbing glass wool with excellent acoustic frequency performance and high temperature resistance, combined with specially treated American silencing filter materials and other materials. The silencer can reduce noise by over 30 dB, fully matching the performance of imported products. It is equipped with a bypass safety valve with an opening pressure of 2.0–2.2 kgf/m². Once the bypass safety valve opens, the silencing filter material must be replaced before further use. This series of products is suitable for use with dryers operating at 1.0 MPa.
